Jaya Hind started manufacturing Aluminium Cylinder heads more than 10 years ago. Today Jaya Hind has consolidated its position as a World-Class Manufacturer of Cylinder Heads by absorbing this critical technology from its European Partners and successfully deploying in the Indian Market.
The Current capacity of 2,00,000 Cylinder Heads / annum is being expanded to 3,00,000 / annum by addition of fully automated, high productivity pouring lines and core shooters. Further moving up the value chain, Jaya Hind is now offering semi-finished machining solutions to its customers of cylinder heads.
With these specific competencies, Jaya Hind is able to contribute substantially in localization of power train parts for global automotive OEMs.
