Jaya Hind Industries started its machining division in 2005 and today 60% of parts supplied are in fully machined condition. Today it offers ready to assemble parts to its customers either in the form of fully machined parts or assembled ones. In this way, Jaya Hind Industries takes full responsibility of product quality, right from design of tool to supply of ready-to-assemble part, perfectly in sync with its core strategy of providing end-to- end solutions. Jaya Hind Industries has already installed 150+ machining centers which have been acquired from best-in-class suppliers like Makino, Mazak and BFW.
Jaya Hind Industries is able to offer dedicated cells for high volume parts as well as flexible general purpose machines for not so high volume parts. Production and maintenance teams are trained at manufacturer’s location to ensure maximum productivity and un-interrupted service.
